They have 120 years of direct experience in the health care field and they have combined 37 years here at Hickory. We have the lowest turnover with quality staff because we believe our residents want to see the same faces providing superior services on a daily basis. When our residents know they are safe, secure, and satisfied, then we know the residents and families will feel the same way.

Pat Hiller

RN Director of Nursing

Pat Hiller is the RN Director of Nursing. She has thirty-three years of experience working with seniors as a nursing supervisor. She has two children Brett and Melissa. Her husband is retired from the Air Force. Her daughter has a PHD and is in the Navy. Her son has followed in his mother's footsteps and is a nurse.

Norma Arias

Activity Director

Norma Arias is our Activity Director. She has been at Hickory Villa for ten years. She has a son Jonathon who is a LPN and is currently working on his RN degree.

Debbie Rokusek

Senior Living Consultant

Debbie Rokusek, our Office Manager and Marketing Specialist has over nine years of experience at Hickory. She has three lovely daughters, Mia, Berlin, and Madison.

Kevin Bauge

Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor

Kevin Bauge is our Maintenance/Housekeeping supervisor. He has two sons, Mitch and Calvin. He has 12 years of experience.

Monte McVey

Executive Director

Monte McVey, the Executive Director, has thirty-seven years of experience in geriatric health care. His wife is a teacher in Omaha. They have two boys Bret and Tavis.

Jane Annin

Dietary Director

Jane has worked at Hickory Villa for the past six years. She and her staff are culinary magicians. A majority of restaurant style meals served are prepared from scratch.
